Thank you so much for sharing this article and providing me with a lot to contemplate. Grief is such a big and complicated process and I cannot even imagine what you might be experiencing now. Many of us live life in the shadow of this anticipatory grief and I remember living this way for 9 months after my mother was diagnosed with heart failure.
